Pilot enquiry privacy

How the pilot enquiry uses contact information, how to ask about your data, and the distinction between a preview and a submitted request.

Enquiry status

Enquiries are in preview mode. The preview does not send or save your contact details.

Purpose and fields

When submissions are enabled, Symentrio uses your name, company, email, engineering team-size range and decision context to assess and respond to a pilot enquiry. An optional self-reported source helps understand how people find the service. Do not submit credentials, source code or confidential billing information.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. No marketing subscription is offered by this form.

Processing and measurement

Submitted fields are sent through Resend to Tom at Symentrio. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. Replies to the confirmation go to Tom. Provider acceptance is recorded separately from delivery or booking. Server acceptance logs contain a provider receipt ID and a source category, not your contact details or decision text. Reports must deduplicate receipt IDs.

The browser stores an opaque retry reference, timestamp and a digest of the submission in session storage to avoid duplicate handoffs after a reload. It does not store the readable form fields. Hashed email identifiers and a shared counter support abuse limits. Hosting and email providers may retain operational request and delivery logs under their configured policies.

Retention and contact

The responsible contact, retention period, processor arrangements and operational handling must be approved and configured before submission is enabled. Until then, use the preview with illustrative details only.
